Q: Why Empire Tent Rental?
A: Over twenty-five years of experience means we have seen all possible scenarios when it comes to planning an event. We understand that your event is special and we treat each event as if it were our own. But don't take our word for it, let us share our customer's comments and testimonials.
Q: What size events do you cater to?
A: Anything from backyard gatherings to major events. Big or small, we treat each event with the same profeesional care and attention to detail. Our goal is to create repeat customers.
Q: What about all the accessories?
A: We realize that your event will include more than just tent rental, so we offer the amenities that will make your event special and unique. Call us regarding everything from tables & chairs to place settings and special flooring.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, usually a 30 percent deposit of the total balance is required. Depending on other variables, a larger deposit may be required.
Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: In certain circumstances, the deposit may be refunded.
If the event is cancelled within 60 days , the deposit is refundable minus documentation and other handling charges. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation accurse within 30 days of the event.
Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment is due upon delivery. We accept MasterCard, Visa, check or cash.
Q If I do not use equipment can I get a refund?
A: Once the equipment is accepted for delivery, we can not refund any portion of the total bill.
Q: What is your delivery (service) area?
A: Nassau & Suffolk Counties, the Hamptons, the five boroughs of New York City and Westchester County.
Q Are there any requirements regarding delivery?
A: All deliveries and pick-ups are to a ground floor or lower level. Other locations are subject to an additional charge.
Q: Who is responsible for the equipment?
A: The lessee is responsible for all equipment from time of delivery to time of pick-up.
Q: What about sprinklers and underground wiring?
A: All sprinklers and any other underground wiring must be clearly flagged. Empire Tent is not responsible if drawings are not furnished upon installation. The Lessee assumes all liability.
